Come work for the LBSC

The Ludlow Bromley Swim Club is seeking compassionate, thoughtful, and responsible individuals to join our team this summer.

LBSC minimum work requirements:

Lifeguards: Must be at least 15 years old on or before 5/23/26.

Red Cross Lifeguard certification required.

Classes offered prior to pool opening.

Front Desk: Must be at least 18 years old on or before 5/23/26.

Concession Stand: Must be at least 14 years old on or before 5/23/26.

Maintenance: Must be at least 14 years old on or before 5/23/26

LBSC season runs from May 23th, 2026 thru Sept. 7th, 2026.

*You do not have to be a member to work for the LBSC.
